For better consumer satisfaction and timely disposal of consumer complaints, BESCOM has introduced its 24X7 SMS facility through the latest technology.
Any consumer can send an SMS in the below format to 9243150000 to raise a complaint :
Ex: BESCOM N2 No power supply since 10.10 PM
Once the SMS is received, consumer gets back the acknowledgment message with ticket number. The application forwards complaint message to the concerned Sub-Divisional AEE, EE for necessary action.
