A 24X7 Customer Helpline is functioning in the premises of corporate office, Bangalore. The helpline number is 22873333
There are 120 Customer Support Executives, 12 Team Leaders and 4 Team Managers, in charge shift Assistant Engineers with supporting staff are functioning in the Customer Service Centre, to facilitate consumers.
BESCOM has enriched its Customer helpline through the latest technologies where all the conversations between executives and consumers are being recorded.
Through this system we are ensuring that call auditing is done which in turn enhances the quality of service being rendered to our consumers
